Asbestos cases are unique in that they must be tried by a group of Justices designated as asbestos trial judges through Part 13. Unlike higher-profile trials such as OJ Simpson or R. Kelly, the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs will not be televised.
Authors of new and ongoing trials are encouraged to submit their SAP as a checklist attached to their study protocol. This will help facilitate the review process and improve the consistency of SAP submissions. The SAP checklist can be found here. A fully functioning release of Word Menu is available as a Trial Version, but may only be used for a specified number of days (usually 14).
